Has my order shipped?
I always ship out orders within 1-2 business days. If for any reason you don't receive tracking information, please email me and I will send you one promptly.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
You will only have to pay a sales tax if the item is being shipped to Hawaii.

What payment methods do you accept?
I prefer PayPal, but also accept Google Checkout, Personal Checks and Money Orders. Checks and MO's must wait to clear before orders are shipped.

What is your returns policy?
You can refund/exchange your item(s) within 14 days in most circumstances. Full refund issued (minus shipping & listing fees) upon receipt of returned item. Item must be returned in condition sent out, buyer pays for return shipping. Please email for returns and exchanges.
